capital of Tunisia . We start with a visit to Carthage, living evidence of ancient civilisations. Declared a national monument,
the ancient city of Carthage and nearby Salammbo, abound in vestiges of the Punic and Roman empires with baths, dwellings,
temples, shrines and the fabulous naval port of the Carthaginians. See the Antoinine Thermal Baths one of the largest built under the Roman empire
with the 'cool room' an amazing 47 metres long and 15 metres high, the Roman theatre which is still used today for the summer festival of Carthage.
And, admire the stunning panoramic view from hill of Byrsa overlooking the ancient site. The second part of our tour includes a visit to the beautiful village of Sidi Bou Said,
a lovely blue and white village perched on the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Tunis. Follow the cobblestone streets winding upwards with small shops selling antiques, Tunisian handicrafts and silver.
Catch glimpses of the emerald sea with the mountain of Bou Kornine and the southern beaches of Tunis across the bay.

ITINERARY
First Day
Meeting all the groups and check in into the hotel .and then meet the Tour Director and fellow travelers and start the tour in the city of Tunis and the old medina and The museum of Bardo and the lovely city of Sidi bou said
and spending the night in the hotel.
Day 2
In the morning , Drive to Sousse.
Walk through the medina with its tiny, colorful shops and bustling with local activity.Sousse known as the Pearl of the Sahel and blessed with a mild climate. Phoenicians, Romans, Byzantines, and Arabs who settled in this beautiful fertile city have left their imprint. Walk through the medina with its tiny, colorful shops and bustling with local activity, and enjoy a visit to the Mosque.
And then Cheking to the Hotel to spend the night in Sousse, We want you to discover all the City ,in the night you can go to the Port of Kantaoui.
Day 3
In the morning Leave Sousse and head towards Monastir, a city nestled in the shade of its walls. Here, visit the Old Town. Then we off to El Djem. This impressive UNESCO World Heritage Site features the remains of an imposing 3rd-century Roman colosseum that originally seated 30,000. After the destination is Sfax on the Gulf of Gabes, a former Barbary pirate stronghold and now Tunisia's second-largest city.
And Spending the night in Sfax.
Day 4
After a visit to the Medina of Sfax,journey to Matmata,renowned for its underground troglodyte village that was inhabited until the 1960s and served as the setting for the original Star Wars film.
Follow the twisting road and stop in Tamezret, a complete contrast to Matmata and featuring stone houses and streets lined with high walls. Continue to the desert outpost of Douz, the largest oases in western Tunisia and gateway to the Sahara. Later, take an optional camel ride into the desert.
And spend two night in Douz because alot of things to see arround Douz..
Day 5
Travel via Kebili and cross the salt lake of Chott el Jerid to Tozeur, an important oasis on the ancient caravan route between Algeria and Tunisia.
Day 6
In the morning ,Drive to Gafsa.
stop in Gafsa for lunch, travel to Sbeitla for an included visit to the Roman ruins. On to the sacred city of Kairouan for an overnight stay.
Day 7
This morning, visit the Grand Mosque in Kairouan before the journey to El Fahs, then on to Dougga for lunch and a visit to the best-preserved Roman remains the most extensive in Tunisia
and spectacularly set against the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Later, head for the capital city of Tunis
